The new heard quarter of Fat Frozen Food is designed with the intention of breaking away from the given impression of a factory, which is industrial and crude. The building is separated into two blocks, one is the cold room storages and the other is the office area. A double volume lobby reception on the ground floor as well as an open plan office and lounge area on the first floor are the focal points of the cluster layout of the office block.

The façade of the cold rooms consists of exposed free standing cold room panels enveloped by a steel-structured roof, with different colours for the panels chosen to create variation. The energetic outlook transitioned into a modern office blocks, featuring a curtain wall and perforated sheets on the main façade. They allow generous amount of natural light to reach the interior spaces, creating a sense of lightness and translucency for the factory office. The result is an architectural masterpiece transcended beyond a typical factory office outlook.
